Director of Finance

He has over 30 years of experience in finance, public accounting, and the preparation of state and federal tax returns. He has extensive experience preparing personal, business, and corporate financial statements. He also works on estate and gift tax returns, business plans and financing proposals for commercial, government, and federal banks.

Luis Cruz

Operations Manager

He has over 20 years of experience in public housing administration
in Puerto Rico, leading administrative, accounting, and operational areas. He has held managerial and executive positions and has also worked as a qualified
FEMA inspector. Under his management, he has achieved a comprehensive perspective and excellent leadership in the management of the communities he administers.

With over 25 years of experience in marketing, advertising, special events, and corporate communications, he has led successful advertising projects and campaigns for clients in Puerto Rico and
the U.S. Hispanic market, working with renowned brands such as Budweiser, JetBlue, AT&T, Caterpillar, Hershey, Bacardi, Verizon, Ford Motor Company, and Mitsubishi, among others. He has been recognized twice with the Excel Award from the Puerto Rico Public Relations Association, highlighting his commitment to excellence and results.
